If you think that he holds a weak hand or might fold a pair lower than Qs, or has AK too then bet the turn aswell.

Based on your description of him as over-aggressive on the flop I would suspect him of betting a second pair when he didn't reraise. I might bet the turn in an attempt to drop him. It's hard for him if he fears both an overpair and AQ.

If he's the type of player that would raise-or-fold most any pair when first in, disregard the previous remark.

When I read the account of the river, 'missed turn CR' immediately popped into my mind. The other poster's KQ idea is good too. Don't reraise.
