U played weak with the c/c. If there was ever a case for throwing away TPTK it would be here. However, if you got some read on the guy that he's super LAG then I might take this line.

it really depends on how villain is postflop. with those very small bets it's pretty safe to say he doesn't want a fold. of course he most definitely has 22 or 99 with those stats but you have tptk and he is giving you very good odds to call him down. and once you call the turn you have to call the river for that bet. nevertheless i think a fold is in order.

in fact on such a dry board if you're going to fold at all then i think the flop check/raise is the place to do it. any hands you are behind on that flop (ie sets) you are way behind and seeing another card or 2 won't change anything.

I think this is fine. Most people are raising 99 first in 8-handed, which just leaves 22. Many people will expect AK to 3-bet the flop so when you just call he may think he's value-betting with KJ or KQ. Anyway, I can't find a fold on the river for $40, though the Q isn't a good card for you.

I think this is fine, if villan had bet the turn or river strongly I would have let it go but something reaks about his weak betting.

I've seen villans do this with KJ or K10, that Q on the river sucks but villan still led weakly on the river. The min-reraise by villan and then the small turn bet and river bet is puzzeling. You have to call that 40 on the river given the odds and to figure out what villan would play this way and make a note of it.

Villan holding a K9 in which he is afraid he got counterfited on the river is a possibility.
