It depends on all sorts of factors:

1) How much do you want to stay friends with these people?
2) Will broaching the subject potentially end any friendships?
3) Does the guy who banged the sister have any "secrets" that he knows about you that he could spill in retaliation?
4) Is it possible that your friend will "shoot the messenger" in that he'll blame you for not telling him about the banging sooner?
5) Do you have any animosity towards the guy who banged the sister?

In my case, I never told my friend that the guy was banging his sister because I knew that my friend would have been upset with me for keeping the information from him for so long. I also knew that this information would devastate my friend and would hurt his relationship with his sister. Finally, the guy who banged the sister had some dirt on me and I knew that he'd find a way to retaliate.

In the end, I decided that staying out of it was the best solution. Telling my friend that his little sister was getting [censored] regularly by his best friend would have caused a massive [censored]-storm that I would have been the centre of. I didn't need the drama in my life.

I think in general you have a better shot at the girl friends sister...a guy friend is probably more protective and would get pissed if you banged his little sister...just a guess here.

I was 15 years old and hanging out at my friends house. His parents were away in London and only he and his sister (19) were home. So is banging your friend’s sister a good idea? I can’t answer that question. But I know that if I had to do it all over again, there is no doubt in my mind that I wouldn’t change a thing.

1) If your buddy is a close friend, do not even consider it. No pussy is worth losing a close friend over. Even if he is ok with it, it's not worth the risk.

2) If it's not a close buddy, then only with PERMISSION are you allowed to. You are NOT allowed to ask permission, it must be given to you.

It sounds like you have permission. So ask yourself: is it worth potentially losing my friend over? Because it can happen.

If it's a male friend, you'd better ask first and be DAMN sure it isn't an issue.

If it's a female friend, I would be more liberal.

All I know is that you shouldn't nail your best friend's sister without telling him, and have the friend find out when he learns that you're paying for her plane ticket to fly to another country to [censored] you. I know a guy who lost his best friend pulling this, in part because he thought that somebody saying "ok" to "I'm going to [censored] your sister" in an AIM chat was permission.
