Mistakes are OK.

What I like is that this is a 4X bonus. This is good, considering how ridiculous your new rake structure is for low limits. I might play there some if you continue some of these 4x bonuses, but your 7x or 10x bonuses will never again be touched by me (the rake kills any value they might have had).

I love when a site rep stops by and posts something pertinent to one situation they get gang raped for 400 other problems or gripes about their site.

Of course everyone who posts is always right, and the sites in question who post, well just suck.

The reps should just be Todd & NimRod.

Like seriously, would it be asking too much for Todd, Nimrod and company to at least read the email they write before they send it out? I don't see why an email template has caused a division error. What division do you have to do? You write 2 or 3 numbers. $10, 40 points, Nov xx. What kind of template do you need for this? You arent kidding anyone where you needed anything besides some goof-off who can type 3 consecutive sentences. This isnt a number problem or anything thats user specific like how Party botched the $12560 for 180 points thing.

Your goal was to send out an email simply enticing people to get $10. You can't even get that right. There is no excuse for such an email. Good job Nimrod.
