Default AJo flop action - a 1 question poll because they work!

PLEASE answer this on your own. Look ahead only if you want to feel like a loser.

BB is not creative enough to open up his 3-betting standards in a SB vs. BB situation. He is a 19/11/2 ABCDEFG (ie. really boring), run-of-the-mill tight aggressive player.

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (6 max, 5 handed)

Preflop: Hero is SB with J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB 3-bets</font>, Hero calls.

Flop: (6 SB) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>

What does hero do?

If our read is that good, shouldn't our line be bet/fold? Or, if called, check-call it all the way down?

If he raises, he has you outkicked or has 10/10. If he calls, we probably have him beat.

What 19/11 TAG isn't creative enough to open up his 3-betting standards in a blind v blind situation? You don't raise 11% of your hands pf and not twig to situational raising unless you've arrived at TAG stats using an unorthodox set of assumptions. But whatever.

I probably just WA/WB here given your description. It only really hurts us when he hits a runner runner draw, and he might well fold a worse hand if he's as unadaptable as you make out.

Against a more creative player we should be thinking about extracting more bets in my opinion, as he'll be on a much wider range of hands and be willing to put in more bets when behind if he assumes we're going to attack liberally and try to give him grief post flop.

i actually changed it from 1/2 for no reason other than to see if anyone noticed. while i was at it i should have made myself UTG and the 3-bettor next to act to make it more realistic, instead of lying about my read.

really though, i drank like 5 beers, posted this hand and realized i should make him a very boring player. even if he were a better player it wouldn't change much in the hand.
