Default MLB awards.. what about the ROY\'s?

Good discussion about the MVP and Cy Young awards, but how about the ROY's?

Duke would likely win ROY however the word is he will not qualify due to his recent injury, thus Francouer should win in a landslide.

Cano should not even be in the discussion for ROY. He is so undeserving it is not even funny.

I give the AL ROY to Street and the NL ROY to Duke.

Isnt he over 30? I dont think Japanese players (or cuban, etc) who have been playing pro at the highest levels elsewhere for 10 years should be eligible. When Matsui won it I didnt think it was quite right. I think they should generally be in their first 1 or 2 pro seasons at the highest level. If someone is 32 but just broke through to the majors then they are a rookie. If theyve been playing at the highest level in japan, theyre not really rookies.
