Winning a freeroll count against your MGR? What about a VIP freeroll?

Anyone know if winning a freeroll counts against your MGR? I would think that it might. On the same token, what about a tourney like the Empire VIP freeroll, which is 'free', but it costs VIP points.

Neither of them have any effect upon your MGR.
