Aw hell naw. He could reasonably be 3-betting TT, AK, AQs, AJs, maybe even KQs. Even if he wasn't right after you he could have TT or AK. That's at least 6+16=24 hands you're ahead of (maybe even 36) versus 6+6+6=18 hands you're behind. You've got a clear equity edge over his range of hands--push it. I don't think I'd ever let JJ go uncapped if I could help it.
