Gotcha

12.95 with $20 shipping. Still, at less than a buck a deck, it's not horrible

[/ QUOTE ]

That's not bad even for Royals... even though they'll last about half as long as Bicycles.

Yes, just for playing quality alone.

Try Copags

Sounded like Royals to me as well. Ugh.

Ah.

Well, I've never been a fan of knockoffs, so I won't go searching for them to try them out (especially if they're a knockoff of-ugh- Royal Plastic cards)

It is absolutely worth it. We play 2 tables of 8 for 5-7 hrs. and went through 2-4 decks per night (Playing 2-decks per table) Even though I bought them in bulk, used paper casino cards 144 decks for $70 bucks which included shipping the 2 set ups of Copags we now have lasted 9 months and still look and play brand new. Every new person to our game comments on how nice the cards are, in the long run they are cheaper and the feel is excellent, we will never go back. Anybody want an gross of paper cards?

I've got multiple sets of Kem's and Copag's and I would recommend either Dal Negro Freedom's or Modiano Bike Trophy's. They're just all around better cards and if you are making the switch from paper cards to plastic, these are also a better transition.

Wait, are you recommending the latter two OVER the former two?
I personally wouldn't recommend Gemacos, based on the one setup I have, over Copags or Kems- too slick.

Yes I do recommend those 2 over Kem & Copag. I have no experience with Gameco's but I've turned into a plastic card junky. I have 8 decks of Copag's, 4 decks of Kems, 6 decks of Modiano's, 2 decks of Dal Negro(I'm leaving out 2 decks but I'm drawing blank) and I would personally take the Dal Negro Freedom's or Modiano Bike Trophy poker width over the rest

yeah plastic is the way to go we had our KEMs for about 1 year and they lasted 1000's of hand in our smoke filled room while we ate sausage and chips and spilt beer and ash on them....we are on copags now which i think are just as good as our old KEMs
