Caps and leads the turn. Some people won't 3-bet TT or JJ preflop and wait for flops like these before they fire.

I cap, lead the turn, and slow down to further aggression there. I'm almost definitely showing this down unless it's two back to me again at any point.

This is pretty read-dependent. I can see a lot of players 3-betting with A9 or maybe even K9. I think most players would slowplay a set or a straight here, and unless he's awful he didn't call your PF raise with a 2-pair hand. I think you're ahead here a significant portion of the time. I'm going to call and re-evaluate on the turn where I bet you'll see your opponents slowing down.

If you just call you give your opponents no reason to slow down. Cap it lead the turn.
