Default poss. river weakness

I am definitely weak when facing possible straights on the river. These three hands range in order from awful to possibly good. I was wondering if anyone can offer anything which might help to correct this tendency. Reads, based on about 80 hands, are added to the hh's below.

Thanks

Hand 1: I think a call is ok, but I really want to raise, You are beat by QJ, Q8? and AT, I think he is raising AT and KQ from his stats, this makes me want to raise more. It really depends on your reads

Hand 2: I'm betting this

Hand 3: I bet, why didn't SB either cap the turn or bet out on the river if he had a straight? I'm not ready to give him credit for that yet.
Hand 3:

Hand 1- The 2nd Q is only good for you, raise. If he had a Str8 u would know by now. He will show u a J here very often.

Hand 2- super easy river raise imo, call a 3bet. He could have a number of hands.

Hand 3- u need to bet/call here for value.
