Did I overplay this?

Loose somewhat aggressive guy open raises from cutoff. Folded to me and I three bet from the BB with JJ. He calls.

Flop comes 9 5 2 rainbow. I bet, he raises, I reraise, he caps, I call.

Turn is a 10. I check, he bets, I raise, he calls.

River pairs the 2. I bet he calls.

Looks good though heads up out of position I normally lead the turn looking to 3 bet or deny a big ace a free card. Certain players are free card whores and check raising the turn heads up is too dangerous to do, but if we can count on anti-hero to bet this turn I like your line.

My read on the guy was that he had some type of made hand that he thought was good, so I was almost 100% sure he was going to bet the turn. I just wasn't sure whether or not I was good.

I like it. He could easily have put you on a resteal PF and played that aggressively with top pair or something. Looks like he believed you by the turn...
