Tricky Play - 33 Dollar Multi on Pokerstars
Blinds are 15 30 and I have about 2600. Three limpers and I limp with:
Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Blinds call. The flop comes: 4 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] checked to Early Position player who bets 100, I call, SB calls. Turn: 3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] SB bets 300, EP calls, I call. River: 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] SB bets 600, EP raises to 1495 (enough to put SB all in). I have EP covered but not by much. Your move. Peace Goodie |

Re: Tricky Play - 33 Dollar Multi on Pokerstars
I would muck Qd8d pretty fast.
First there's a lot of smooth calling going around which is like a warning bell for the nut flush or made boat. I dont like drawing to the un nutted flush on a paired board early in a tournament. The blinds are still small, and your barely pot committed. You only have 430 invested in the pot, I say you should muck, in fear of the ace high flush, or a had like 45 from the blinds. And EP can still have pocket 3s, 4s, or 9s for the boat. [ QUOTE ] Blinds are 15 30 and I have about 2600.
