On the second hand, you must re-reraise after the king reraises (the initial call is fine). You played these fine. It requires great discipline to fold when you're rolled up.

Sorry to hear you're dropping cash. It's a crappy feeling. I dropped 40bb today, but unlike you, I did it through undiscplined play.

How reasonable is the guy with the Nine in the door? If he's at all decent, he can't have trips, so I'd probably play a bit more aggressively. I probably would anyway, because I'm a loose cannon. I would not have folded for the first bet on the river. The flush-looking guy could easily have a low (I probably wouldn't fold for one bet in a high-only game for that matter). I would fold to the raise and re-raise, however, unless the Nines guy was a complete lunatic.

Second hand is fine, although I would have three-bet when it came back to me on third street.

Playin, but yea this is some nasty stuff, but it happens, I guess. I play both pretty much the same, cept I think I would get another bet in on 5th in the first hand because I wouldn't believe him at first, but I'm kind of spazzy and just started at 1$ so I dunno.

I'm surprised to hear the second hand (rolled 3s) was ok. How close is a fold on 4th when a Jack who raised 3rd catches another on 4th? Is it worth trying to fill up in hopes he's got AA in the hole and not another Jack?

I have a hard time considering everything during the fast pace of a hand, but at the same time, I wouldn't put it past someone to play split nines lately. He should logically have a big pair in the hole, but do I want to reraise into someone showing 3 suited babies?
