Default Anger

Anyone have specific ways they release their anger? I know some of you punch walls. Im pretty nonviolent about it, lifting weights or playing tennis vs a handball court.

I recently discovered that deep breaths really work. But it's not like deep breaths. It's breathing in as much as possible (but not doing it in a big way) and then blowing hard out.

Nope, no idea what you're talking about really. Just curious. Tbach's breathing technique seems to be working.
