Default Can\'t connect to poker sites

I'm at my in-laws house for the holiday weekend and I'm able to connect to the internet via their wireless network w/ my laptop. I have absolutely no problems connecting to any website I've tried via IE. However, when I try to connect to almost any poker site installed on my computer, it can't connect. (With the exception of GamesGrid, there I connect without a problem.)

Does anyone have any ideas to help me get started in tracking down the problem?

BTW, I did a quick check of the Zoo to see if other people were complaining about not being able to connect and didn't see anything.

Thanks!

Sounds like a firewall issue. Besides one you might have on your computer, you may also be running behind the one on their ISP or on the router. I have never played Gamesgrid but if they have a web based client that is why you can access it but not the others.

Thanks. I didn't figure out what the problem was, but I just tried getting onto Party and had no problem. Maybe there was some wider-range internet issue or something. Hopefully it won't come up again.
