Just to update interested parties, 4-5 more whiny bitching emails have finally resulted in my full refund of my 8x33 games I was playing... whew.

[ QUOTE ] Just to update interested parties, 4-5 more whiny bitching emails have finally resulted in my full refund of my 8x33 games I was playing... whew. [/ QUOTE ] What did you say to them to get a refund? [/ QUOTE ] They asked for my hand histories, and the table names I was at when the outage occurred. They agreed that it was technical difficulties on their end (I was surfing Google and Yahoo! just fine at that time). I mentioned that it had taken forever for them to get back to me, and whined about how this usually was resolved within a day at Empire and Euro; since I recently moved back after the separation, I expected the same type of response at Party, and was thoroughly disappointed. I even mentioned considering moving over to Stars full-time. Even if it wasn't their fault, they took the blame for it, and I think the biggest key was potentially frightening them into leaving Party for good. |
