The thing about making this play is it is really really obvious you do not have a premium hand.

Apathy,

Thank you. You are 100% right. And this is exactly what I was thinking in the few minutes after making this play. So, what do you do, sir? Just call and hope to hit your set or have your 1010>flop? Any other suggestions? With no reads- try to play poker at a $16 on turn and river?

I don't think this is best play. If you get called your most likley beat and at best a coinflip. Does 99 call here? You risk all your chips for 250 early in a tournament. I say re-raise but im not sure how much.
