Your position and stack does give you an advantage that others don't have, so make use of what you've got. This player has changed the table dynamics and put everyone in a trapping mode. The others are waiting for this guy to act in front so you have to wait for him to act and the rest to fold, leaving you HU. Requires patience, discipline, and of course luck. This does sound a lot like Doyle. Build your stack thru uncontested pots so you can afford to call when behind with outs. Also play around him and work on the other three stacks. When these guys are on a rush just stay out of the way.
