Favorite Threads

This is a newbie question of the first order. How do I put threads in the Favorite Threads area of MyHome page?

If you notice at the bottom under Extra information their is a link that says Favorite thread (toggle). It is at the lower left hand corner under the moderator names. Click on that and it will add it to your home page.
