Wait, pad thai is a food? Than what are those shows in Thailand/Singapore called where women shoot assorted items (darts, ping pong balls) out their cooters?

The quality of the Thai food is going to greatly depend on the quality of the Thai restruant. I've had Pad Thai that was vomit inducing, and I've also had Pad Thai that was excellent. Don't give up on Pad Thai so easily. Try it somewhere else before you fully condemn it.

I live in a very culturaly diverse town with many asian food resturants and the people who worked there looked pretty legit. I just think it tastes bad. Also, I generally like spicy stuff.

I agree. Pad Thai is great. My problem is that in the last few years, my 2 favorite local Thai places have changed their Pad Thai - both are much worse than before.

I've only had massaman and yellow and like both very much, but i think massaman is best. My uncle makes a great curry, I'm not sure which classification it was but it doesnt look like any of the one's I've had.

From the menu I'm looking at:

Red: bamboo shoots, eggplants, green peppers, string beans and basil leaves
Green: String beans, eggplants, green peppers, zuchini, basil leaves
Yellow: Onion, green peppers, zuchini, pinaple, tomato
Massaman: potatos, onions, carrots, roasted peanuts

I think lamb would be good, but never had it in yellow. chicken is very good.
