A bet about Bellagio No Limit Holdem

Ok. I had an argument with my friend. I was arguing that Bellagio never offered 1-2 No Limit. He was arguing that he was on the waiting list for 1-2 No Limit. I am positive that 2-4 No Limit is the lowest stake. Can someone settle this bet?

If your friend said they "Used" to have no-limit with $1 & 2 blinds, he is correct.

When the Bellagio first introduced its small NL game, it was $1-$2 blinds with a mandatory $100 buy-in. A couple of weeks later, they upped it to $2-$4 with a $200 buy-in. They no longer spread the $1-$2 game.
