Choosing Sites

How just wondering if ppl can tell me which sites are best for what games out of pokerstars, pokerroom and fulltilt.

SnGs?
Low stakes NL cash games?
MTTs?

By best pls comment on ur personal opinion and in terms of softest games.

For tourney structure, here: Linky

That only covers the MTTs, but I believe for SnGs all three run close in having a good blind structure. By that I mean you get to play a good amount of hands before the game is reduced to a push poker crapshoot. Which, if you follow the SnG formula (couldn't find a linky) isn't as much of a crap shoot at all.
