AQo with A42r flop facing raise

UB $40 blinds 20/40. I have T2700, 2nd pos. T4500, BB T2000. I raise to 140 UTG with AQo. 2nd pos. and BB call.

Flop comes A42r. I bet 300, 2nd pos. calls, BB raises to 1300. BB has just moved to table. What should I do?

Since no one responded, I guess this was boderline.

I pushed, 2nd position folded, BB called and showed set of 4s.
