A push by Diablo on a turn blank will force him to call 1000 in a 4100 pot or 24.3% of the pot. Assuming that he reads Diablo for a set he will draw out on the river 30.4% of the time. Pushing to the c/r on the flop is better than calling but folding the turn to a blank is wrong.
