PT won\'t compact

i try compacting my databases, but it does all this crap and finally says it can't do it. why? anyone else have this problem before?

do you have GT+ running at the same time? If so, then it won't compact. I know, it's happened to me a few times before, but after I close out GT+, it goes off without a hitch.
