It's just frustarating to not be able to fix the problem.

Uninstall Microsoft Money to get rid of these.

You might want to consider deleting this if you don't use it, google it for more info.

Best I could come up with off the top of my head, I'll continue to help research the problem though.

Might be system restore utility bogging down if your hd is fairly full...try turn it off see what happens.

Is VNC supposed to be running? It's a remote desktop-type software, and eats up a lot of CPU.
