Uninstall Microsoft Money to get rid of these. R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Connection Wizard,ShellNext = http://www.dell4me.com/myway You might want to consider deleting this if you don't use it, google it for more info. Best I could come up with off the top of my head, I'll continue to help research the problem though. |

Might be system restore utility bogging down if your hd is fairly full...try turn it off see what happens.

Is VNC supposed to be running? It's a remote desktop-type software, and eats up a lot of CPU.
