Default Best places to eat at vegas

Hi,
I know there are posts peppered here and there on decent buffets and brazilian rodizio, but I wanted to post a thread asking strictly about what people feel are the best places to eat Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (and why). I'll be there Friday evening and all through Saturday. If possible, it'd be great if you put the placee's name in the header of the reply.

Thanks

If you don't mind paying, the best restaurants in Vegas (for dinner) are the following:

Spago's (Caesar's Palace)
Postrio (Venetian)
Le Cirque (Bellagio)
PRIME (Bellagio)
Aureole (Mandalay Bay)

Good list... but there are actually more places primarily at the Bellagio and at the Wynn, you can't go wrong at any of the restaurants in either casino. I also recommend Fiamma at MGM, its a favorite of mine here in NYC.

eh. most of them are pretty good, but they're far from "the best" in vegas. these are superior:

Craftsteak in MGM
Picasso
Bouchon (Thomas Keller's place someone else mentioned)
Italian seafood place at Wynn....forgot the name
Alex at Wynn

You can't beat the food or the view from the Top of the World restaurant at the top of the Stratosphere Tower.

I KNOW - honestly, I used to think that the burgers in Canada were good - then I got an education.

In N Out and Fatburger are two of the best - but even Carl's Jr. Six Dollar Burger puts pretty much anything we got here to shame - and that's not even considering the tasty little morsels you can get at Hamburger Hamlet.

I had the champagne breakfast at the Bellagio and it kicked serious ass. I have heard a lot of people compliment the buffet at the Wynn. We at at the Terrace Pointe Cafe at the Wynn for breakfast and it was VERY good - the pancakes were some of the best I have ever had.
