Default Why is it taking so long for William Hill to pay me?

Cashed out from their casino on Sunday night and it is now Friday night and there is nothing in my Neteller. I emailed support last night and surprise no response from them 24 hours later. Stay away from this site.

I have done dozens of cashouts from William Hill and never had a problem. Although, ALL of them were Poker cashouts. I tried the casino once and lost, so I never went back. Sometimes support does take a couple days. You'll get your money, don't worry about it, unless you were doing something shady.

I stopped playing the cryptos because the tables ran so friggen slow, and I hated the software. That's what the real complaint should be about. I'll admit the cashouts are a little slower than the other online sites though. A week is longer than I ever remember waiting for any of my cashouts.

You'll get your money. Keep emailing support. Support response is 24 hour MINIMUM, unless you can get that live support thing to work. But, then you'll be talking to someone that is probably clueless. Welcome to online gaming.

Thanks for the response. Nothing shady...just turned an $80 deposit into $250 on their initial deposit bonus on BJ. I've done numerous cash outs from poker sites and have never had one take more than 35 hours so I guess I am not very impressed. These businesses have nothing to offer besides good customer service and timely payouts and they have failed on both.

Try cashing out from Crazy Poker and it will be 7-14 days plus alot of documentation. I had to send them my blood type and a used condom to get my money.

Does William Hill have one of those pin number deals that they send you in the mail?

Ive personally never had a problem with the William Hill CASINO cashouts before. They have always been within 1-3 days MAX. I whore this casino every month with no cashout problems.

In your case I might actually be worried and keep trying to contact support.

Anything yet man? Nothing on my end. 3 emails to support have been unanswered and I'm not calling overseas on my dime - no toll free number
