Taking a screenshot

I think this has been posted before but nothing came up when i searched
I need a screenshot of my online credit card statement to send to epassporte
I used control alt prnt scrn and it copied it but its so small you cant see anything
How can I copy it so its normal sized?
They also said I had to save it as a jpeg filw so any help on how to do this is appreciated.
