Tell them you mistyped it. I was under 21 when I made the account and am now 21. I sent them en e-mail that said "I just noticed my DOB is the wrong year. Can you please correct this?" They make you fax a copy of your driver's license, but other than that won't give you any problems.

UB actually has very good support staff. I bet if you email them like everyone recommends, close hte old account, open a new one, you will be fine.

So I wrote an email to them asking to change my B-day. They did it with a scanned copy of my drivers ID. Thanks for the help.
