Default Playing well: finding the groove

What is going on when you are playing well. For me, it feels different than when i am playing average, or poorly. I'll give you my thoughts , if you 'll give me yours?
I'm in the groove when:
-i'm well rested
-i'm emotionally detached; let the cards fall as they may, i can handle it & move on
-i'm restrained, so as not to bet too much on medium hands such as 2 pairs , especially under pairs
i'm analytical, so i'm thinking steadily about the various possible hands out there given the flop at this moment
Perhaps most importantly, i'm playing tight. No junk hands.
That's about it.
What are your thoughts on this and your own experiences when playing well?
MTFBWY : May the flop be with you.
