SOme people around here get so upset when someone tells someone of 2+2, etc like it is Fight Club or something, that I was curious if this had affected others attitudes about helping those "outside the secret society" that is 2+2. interesting replies everyone

no matter how bad someone played a hand, i will never correct him!! if he bad beats me and i am super pissed, i might curse the hell out of him but i will NEVER correct his play!!! thats for him to figure out.

on a good note. i will ALWAYS educate friends. no matter if their are competition or not. and ofcourse people on this site since we are all trying to improve. but i am not educating the regular donks from party.

It is totally fine to educate people AWAY from the poker table.
Educating people AT the poker table is bad, bad, bad. Mason talks about this at length in some of his Poker Essays.

Helping someone on a forum is fine , that is what they are for. Helping people at the table during play is stupid. And it is usually so some donk can stroke their own ego. No one here gives a rats ass if you help your friends or ppl asking questions on forums.
