Default Fold, calldown, raise?

Villain is sLA-P, PFR almost 20% although I suspect sample size issues (26 hands). Cap convinced me not to continue in this hand.

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (8 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG calls, <font color="#666666">4 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero 3-bets</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, UTG folds, <font color="#CC3333">Button caps</font>, Hero calls.

Flop: (10 SB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets</font>, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 5.50 BB

Ya thinking about it after the fact folding seems pretty obvious. Not sure why there was doubt in my mind when I posted it.
