Default Hot night + bubble hand

Tonight i had an excellent run of games. I only played 10 and cashed in 7! The cards were going great and I only got sucked out on once! I really couldnt believe it was going so well.
Anyways here is a BUBBLE(woot!) hand that i had some thoughts about. Please discuss. Was this a good idea or am I risking too much here? (This is NOT the hand i got sucked out on )

$11
Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t150 (4 handed) converter

Button (t3410)
SB (t1365)
Hero (t1120)
UTG (t2105)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
1 fold, Button raises to t300, Hero re-raises to t1120 1 fold, Button calls t820.

Flop: (t1345) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)

Turn: (t1345) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)

River: (t1345) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)

Final Pot: t1345

I was wondering if i should be pushing this hand, even though its very strong 4 handed, when someone before me has shown strenght? Is there just not enough time to wait for a better spot to double up?

How many times do you get AQ dealt in a day?

This is an $11 SnG.

But what do I know, Ive had 12 OOTM in a row there.

A 2xBB bet from the button is not a real show of strengh, he could be making this bet with a wide range of hands in attempt to steal the blinds.
