UTG+1 had a small one-card straight and the flush draw. For all he knows (which he probably doesnt care) he's freerolling you so all the money in the world wont make him fold the turn.

Ditto. UTG+1 wasn't going anywhere, no matter what you bet. Not knowing that, however, push on the turn.
