Edit: Oh, I forgot...he was tipping dealers 30 or 40 PER POT. One dealer who he tipped like 200 to in a down kissed him on the cheek when she left. Gotta love it.

Thanks for the info. This could actually get me back to the Taj.

Have they removed the floorman chip buying rule yet? My friend and I went to play in it two weekends ago and they said we had to wait for a floorman to come over and authorize us buying the blue chips at the cage. This is their way of making sure the blue chips don't get used in other games!?!?! Can't the dealers police that?

Anyway, the floor people were busy getting the USPC super satellite rolling so we left for the Borgata. Next time...

I'm not aware that they've ever gotten one going... :0) but if they did it would be a $5/half time charge.

Have the restaurants improved at the Taj? Otherwise $2 worth of Borgata food is worth more than $4 of Taj food. Did the Taj order the blue chips pre-grunged.

How many 20-40 games were running below the 40-80? Was the 40-80 game full? Was it the biggest full game? While the Borgata room is hidden the basement, the Taj might be the best place to get mid-high limit novices (so long as the games are running).

There were numerous 20-40's and one full 40 with a list. It was the biggest full hold em game at the time.

Was there a bigger shorthanded hold'em game? Or a bigger rotation game that included hold'em?

Not on Saturday night...the bigger games were 75-150 stud and 150-300 stud and I think some kind of big hi/lo mix. I personally started a 3-handed 75-150 Hold Em game on Sunday night. Hold Em is rarely if ever included in high limit mixes at Taj but a bigger game will go esp if people are willing to start short. 75-150 stud is 24/7 on weekends and is a great game I highly recommend playing.

The 80-160 game at Borg is often half/half lately.
