Default hand rankings

I've been studying the STT posts here for a few months now and learning a ton, so thanks a lot. This is my first post.

I am looking for a blind steal ranking of every possible hand from top to bottom, along with what percentile amongst total possible hands the hand is. Does anybody know where I could find this?

Welcome to the board. I don't know if any one ranking applies, as different standards should be used against different players. If you want to experiment with various hands against ranges of other hands, check out Poker Calculator.
