Default How do YOU track MTT sats in Pokertracker?

I've been on something of a hot streak lately in the Stars sats. It's made me start looking at my PT MTT sheet. When I win a sat, I'm usually unregistering from the tourney (the stars 215 & 650 sats mainly). PT sees the wins and the T$ or W$ used to enter, all as real money. I don't have a real problem with that but I'm curious how others track this.

FYI, I separate cash and tourney dollars on my daily excel sheet. The T$ are valued at 90% and the W$ are valued at 85% in calculating a total bankroll.

if your not selling your T$ why would you count them as 90%? They spend just as good as $$$$ in MTT or Sit n Gos.

Just a conservative means of accounting for them, FMV. Otherwise, I could use the EV of each dollar that I have in my bankroll, instead of the cash value. Maybe I wasn't clear enough in my original post. I have a "cash" bankroll and a "total" bankroll. The "total" is just the "cash" + discounted tourney dollars.

I also don't see why T$ should be discounted.

For starters, it gives a skewed idea of what buy-ins you are actually bankrolled for.

It's not like he can't see his full amount when he clicks on cashier. just his spreadsheet thats tracking what his BR is worth.. counts it like that. And it should, that's what they're worth right now. If he were to cash out right away, that's what he'd be left with.

And that's the focus of the spreadsheet and the reason for dividing cash and T$ totals.

I'm still curious if people are happy with the way PT handles T$ & W$ for Stars specifically?

zzzzzzzzz honestly, who cares?
Just use the time you are wasting updating this spreadsheet/thinking how to improve it to improve your game.

You know, I haven't been privy to any dickish comments directed at me on this forum. Thanks for being my first. Somebody crap in your cornflakes today? Considering you don't know dick about my game, I won't give too much thought to your trolling. This was just a curiosity post, nothing more.

I guess you are so good that you don't need to improve.
