teflon has been linked to cancer. and most people have tested for teflon in their body have it. i wouldnt use it unless its very infrequent. unless you also smoke drive drunk and jump off high places than it wont matter anyway.

Hot pan + cold oil = Non stick cooking in any pan

Scanpan makes great nonstick pans with a ceramic titanium surface instead of teflon.
