Default Flush draw + overcards squeeze play?

This hand comes from a six-handed 2/4 limit game at UB. My main goal in this hand was to try to isolate and play heads up with the maniac, because that would give me the greatest chance of winning the pot if one of my overcards paired. On the other hand, I've got a good flush draw if others stay in the pot.

How do you think I should play this? I welcome comments about my play on all streets as I am trying to learn how to become a more effective low stakes limit player.

Reads: UTG is a maniac par excellence. Plays lots of hands, have seen him make raise-bluffs and check-raise bluffs and then fold for one bet on the river. UTG+2 is fairly solid.
