1. Enter.
2. Flush if toilet not empty.
3. Lift seat with foot.
4. Piss.
5. Drop seat with foot.
6. Flush with foot.

You guys put way too much effort into not contaminating yourself without realizing that all that [censored] is airborne and you're going to get germs all over you when you open the door to leave. Let your immune system do what it was designed to do. Just wash your hands and open the bathroom door with your left pinky (right pinky if you're left handed) and you're good to go.
