Default I owe Party Poker... what can they do to me?

I made a deposit through Party Poker's Pay-Pro system and accidently used my wrong bank account. After playing and breaking even, I withdrew the same amount of money, this time to the account that I meant to withdraw from. However, the initial account that I deposited from did not have sufficient funds, and the electronic check was returned.

I only found out about this because Party Poker attempted to recover the money by taking money from my account while I was playing. Now I have an outstanding balance at Party Poker, and they would like me to pay them back. What kind of credit score damage can they do if I don't pay them back? If nothing else, I would like to make them suffer a little bit for their poor customer service.

And yes, I know the right thing to do isto pay them back right away. I'll probably do that, but I couldn't resist getting a response from 2+2ers on the subject.

Yeah don't pay them back and never play on Party again. Then you wont be needing any customer service.

It is at least unethical if not criminal not to pay Party back. You can't justify it after the fact as being due to poor customer service. Pay them back immediately.
