I play very tight ~15%vpip so i toss QJo everytime. will play suited late in unraised pot...They are trouble unless you hit both or oesd without flush draws in multiway or trips. Like i said I'm tight and think they are crap/sucker cards.

Comment 1 - I wouldn't play QJ off in early position at a 9 handed table.

That being said hand 1 is a good fold. I like the raise because it basically says I have a queen, and then you can see what his reaction was, which in this case was, "i don't care."

Hand 2 - again I really don't like the position you are in but I don't think a call down here is all bad, especially if BB is LAGy. If he's solid, you are way behind, but if he isn't, you might be ahead still. Hope you won it.

Yeesh, Lucas, I don't like either one. I'd fold preflop to a raise full ring. If I don't, I am calling based on the fact that if I hit a bigger hand than one pair I can really lay it to the raiser. Otherwise its just a dominated hand. Unless your reads on the opponents suggest some crazy LAGiness you are better off playing QJ a lot more passively on these boards or not at all.
