Default Party and customer service

is it just me, or has PP's CS declined 1000 fold in the past month or so? it used to take 1-2 hours for a reply to an email, now it takes well over 24 hours.

modern science does not have instruments sensitive enough to detect and measure a 1000 fold decline in Party Poker customer service. I would say they are still at the same lousy level they always have been.

so that's about a 25X decline in response time, leaving a 40X decline in comprehensibility and usefulness.

Yep, that sounds about right.

Better than multi. I have never, to this day, received a reply to any emails sent to info@multipoker.com.

It most certainly did work. I have used it a number of times...

Sure, that was 3 or 4 years ago when there used to be 2 or 3 $15-$30s going and you could have notes on everyone who played...

Ahh, the glory days.

dont have any. just plain pop3 with naked outlook express. other party skins get through just fine, as do multi advertisements.

That's weird. I have gotten many replys from multipoker at that email. Probably a dozen or so and most with in 1-2 hours. Maybe they don't like your questions.
