I don't think reviewing NL hand histories will help you because you have to understand the texture of the table and villains to be able to understand the play. Why would someone with AK fold to a preflop rasier in one instance but push all-in in another? Reviewing a hand history won't help. You are better off seeing if you can sweat someone who knows what they are doing.

Is the "standard deviation/100" in poker tracker a useful number?Does it have anything to do with variance?Ive been wondering and looking for a post that addresses this.Over my first ~100,000 hands across various limits im @ at ~50bb.Over the last 10,000 @50nl im 37bb/100.
Is this usefull?I feel in tightening up and playing better,REducing variance, is good.What are your numbers like?anyone?...Yves?
Is there a "normal" range for this stat?
