Check -

Villian is calling with something. Is it overs, a small pp, or something we can't beat? He will likely call our riv bet but possibly could c/r after letting you build a smallish pot.

I would bet, but it's tough to come up with what he's been calling with all along other than a flush draw or a pocket pair. He folds just about anything else. If it's the flush, you get popped if you bet.

I bet here and re-evaluate if raised. Villian's aggression is almost non-existant.

Actually, villain's aggression isn't that low. .7 for 30+ VP$IP is passive, but not that bad. He's often paying off a 9 with a lower kicker here. Only thing I really fear him having is a 9 with a higher kicker. I'm definately betting.

I think what I meant to say is that when he does get aggressive its usually with a hand we're behind. Sorta the guy who calls, calls, calls, and then pops the river when his ace hits.

I bet and got raise "all in" another 1.83. I called the raise because so many people do crazy things "all in" when they are down to their last few dollars. He flipped over the flush. (ATs). I wasn't sure the river bet was correct given that there weren't that many hands he could be calling down with.

if we knew he could only have A9-92 here, our bet is horrible because our own kicker does not play.

this looks like a check to me.

this guy is too passive to bet A high on the flop. so he has a 9 or has made his flush like all the time.
