Default AQ vs Pre Flop Raise

Hello

In this hand I have less than 20 hands on CO. He seems to be a solid player. My concern is facing the LP raise. Generally I would fold AQo to a raise but my thinking was that he would loosen up his raising standards in a steal position. Who else would reraise this. Is there any point I can get away from this post flop?

you can typically fold on the button to a raise here... but you already knew that. you made a read, and went with it. that's fine...

fwiw... i think you could EASILY have been trifecta'd here by betting the turn and getting raised again, and repeating on the river :-) That woulda been sweet.

to a raise. not from the CO. my post was confusing, apologies.

all i was trying to tell him was that the preflop play was fine since he seemed to be doubting himself.

I think I'd three bet the flop. PF, AQ seems pretty strong -- I think the three bet there is ok.

I have no idea if it is correct or awful, but a large part of me wants to raise this river.
