I don't see why you're leading out on a 7 person flop with just top pair and an underpair. Do you think anyone calling you is at all likely to have a worse hand? Also, you have no draws, except a 2-outer to a queen.

Considering your position, you should be check/folding the flop and the turn.

I don't mind leading at this flop, and given the lack of action behind, I don't mind taking a stab at the turn also. But the river... you gotta cut back on those meds, man.
