I actually got one players stack with a similar hand tonight. I raised A9s on the button and BB called. Flop was J 9 5 r. I bet a standard continuation bet 2/3 pot. Turn was ace. Now I bet the pot. Villain raised me and I raised him all in (there was not that much left to raise). He called and showed me flopped top two (J9).

Villains often go mad when they see the ace fall after they've hit their miracle flop. They seem to think that Hero will call anything with that one pair, if that's even what Hero has got.
